FEE CONSTRUCTION — FIVE PERMANENT
FINANCING QUESTIONS
1. Do you provide financing?
FEE Construction does not provide financing directly. We have partnered with Home Run Financing as an authorized participating contractor to provide qualifying Clients access to PACE financing for eligible home improvements.
FEE Construction handles the construction—we evaluate your needs and wants, develop the scope of work, and provide the construction proposal. Home Run Financing handles the financing—including qualification, approval, financing terms, and documentation.
Our role is to help facilitate the improvements you need and want—not sell you something you don’t.
2. What are the credit requirements for PACE financing?
PACE financing is different from traditional financing. Your credit score is not used to determine your eligibility.
Qualification is based on other requirements, including your ability to repay, available property equity, mortgage-payment history, property eligibility, and the qualifying improvements.
Home Run Financing determines your eligibility and financing terms.
3. What home improvements can I finance through PACE?
PACE financing may be available for qualifying improvements such as roofing, impact windows and doors, hurricane protection, HVAC systems, insulation, energy-efficiency improvements, generators, and other eligible improvements.
Have a larger remodeling project or addition? Certain qualifying components within the larger project may also be eligible for PACE financing.
FEE Construction develops the complete construction scope. Home Run Financing determines which improvements and costs qualify for PACE financing.
4. How much PACE financing can I qualify for?
The amount you may qualify for depends on factors including your property, available equity, ability to repay, proposed eligible improvements, and applicable PACE program requirements.
Home Run Financing determines whether you qualify and the amount of financing available to you.
FEE Construction then works with you to develop the construction scope and proposal based on what you need and want to accomplish.
5. How do I get started?
Start with what your home needs and what you want to accomplish.
FEE Construction will discuss your project with you, evaluate the work, develop the scope, and provide your construction proposal.
If you would like to explore financing, we will connect you with Home Run Financing so you can determine your eligibility and available financing options.
Your project. Your decision. Our job is to help you accomplish it.
PACE is voluntary financing repaid through the property-tax bill, is not a government grant or subsidy, and a buyer or mortgage lender may require the assessment to be paid off in connection with a sale or refinance.
